My Bagel recipe !

If you follow my stories on insta you may know i make my own bagels to enjoy (mostly with soup), and am always ask to share the recipe. I have shared it in my stories occasionaly but here you have it in full and forever :
Ingredients for 2 servings >
1 + 1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup lukewarm water
1 tsp yeast
1 tsp sugar/honey/maple syrup/orzo malt syrup
