Discord server : join and claim role

A lot of your guys have been asking me how to access the discord server or how to claim your patreon role on it.

Written tutorial
1. Go to this page: https://www.patreon.com/becomesomeone/membership
2. Scroll down
3. Click on "Connect to discord"
4. Click on the button "Connect" next to the discord logo
05/05/2021 UPDATE: There was a bug related to the discord roles, for those who still want to join the discord and claim the roles, just do the manipulation above and it should now work, sorry for the inconvenience.
