New map poll

We have decided to build an interactive map to make traversal more visually pleasing, and tactile. But we want your opinion on something. Should we make one map, that contains every location? Or would you prefer that locations be split up into districts? the benefits of one map, is fewer clicks to get where you want to go. But for the districts, it will allow us to more easily expand the city with new locations. Please tell us your opinion to help us decide!
