Sneak Preview: Crushing Comics Web Series

Last night I shot about 100 minutes worth of test episodes for the new video series I've thought up to finally take Crushing Krisis into the video era (and to make use of "Crushing Comics" as a title).
I'm typically intimidated by video projects - not by being in front of the camera, but by managing all of the little details. This time I decided to ignore all of that hesitance and forge forward without a lot of fancy setup.
Of course, now I'm realizing just how many problems there were with my test footage - everything from the quiet sound to my camera framing more than I could see on its screen! But, none of that can take away that I actually sat down to record a week's worth of episodes, which gives me a whole week to dream up a better set-up.
I have some thoughts on editing, including fixing the sound, brightening things up, and adding some intro music - I'll attempt all of that tonight.

I think my problem is going to be less about being wooden and more about speaking slowly and clearly enough to be heard! It was really tempting to page through everything as I packed it, and even moreso as I unpacked it. This seems like a happy (and productive) medium ;)

I need to assemble some shelves and start opening a whole lot of boxes to rediscover my collection after moving house. The bits I have unpacked so far, I've really enjoyed flicking through again (slows the unpacking right down though)
