why i'm not discussing my previous channel's deletion in youtube comments: a FAQ
Added 2025-01-17 15:15:06 +0000 UTClong story short: youtube is run by fucking bots and i'm scared any mentions of my old channel being banned/deleted will tip them off that i'm ban evading.
i'll remake the channel as many times as i need to, but let's try to keep it alive as long as we can, yeah? here is a quick FAQ.
what happened to the old channel?
youtube banned it. didn't have 3 strikes, no warning, full ban outta the blue. you can see more details under the "updates" tab on patreon, but that's the tldr
you didn't try to appeal or bring it up on twitter?
i didn't see a point. although i have a large twitter following, i sorta doubt youtube would give a shit about my ASMR channel with around 2,500 subs. that's "nothing" in terms of youtube, despite the very real community i saw forming around it.
when i did try to appeal, it was basically auto-denied. the only way to get your shit looked at by a REAL HUMAN on youtube is via twitter, and i honestly didn't feel it was worth it.
why are the videos different looking?
i'm playing by youtube's rules. no boobies, no tummy, no nothing. just the zoomed in cropped face of the image that goes with the roleplay and a plead to check out this patreon to actually enjoy it. it's a shame, because i believe the art i commission to go along with the roleplays should be fully viewable, but i just can't trust the youtube AI to not flag it DESPITE not being sexual.
the best way to support me is to subscribe to this patreon, whether you join for free or join via membership.
other than that, please support me through twitch.
