They had always found excuses to be around the other, working the same projects, joining each other for drinks after work. It was the company's worst kept secret.

Far better kept was the secret of the new size reduction pill that the pair had been spearheading for the better part of two years - and their work was nearly at an end. So naturally, celebrations were in order.

A work office party; music; drinks; everyone dressed their best - yet for all the lights, the decoration, the conversation and endless congratulations; they couldn't keep their eyes off each other.

As the night danced on, the drinks were flowing, and soon the crowds and endless chatter became felt too for the duo - or perhaps something else called to them. They stole away from the festivities, laughing and stumbling as they did, stumbling at last into the older of the pair's office.

They could still hear the commotion downstairs, and wanted to sink away from it, and with the excitement of much younger women, they decided to dabble in their wondrous creation.

One delicately placed the small tablet into the mouth of the other, done so with anxious laughter, laughter that turned to a silent gaze as their eyes locked. The gesture was returned in kind - a gentle, careful, expression of rapport. The effects of their creation didn't take long, ever so slightly they began to shift before the other's eyes. It was in this shrinking transformation that they outgrew their pretence; and in a slow, heart-racing moment the company's worst kept secret was finally shared between them.

Their lips intertwined, their bodies eased into the other, their hands traced over their forms, and against the joy of this release the noise downstairs began to drift away.

And just as their bodies sunk into their clothes, they sunk into each other - into this intimacy they had longed to share. Their clothes peeled from their figures, and with each discarded garment they were instead garbed in truth.

The women shrunk amidst the silent office, but they had never felt more powerful, more themselves.
