Not-So-Rising Star

Aubrey groaned, her breath wafting over the tiny woman.

"God, you're a panicky little thing, aren't you?"

Avery Muse was staring up at a titanic young woman. The last thing she remembered was waiting backstage at one of the city's smaller venues - Avery was an up-and-coming talent but still considered 'local', as it were. There had been a knock on her dressing room, and then a flash, she screamed and went unconscious. Next, she was being lifted out of a purse and was now in the largest dorm room she'd ever seen.

Aubrey stared down at her latest victim - of course, she wouldn't have used such language.

The rising star tried to muster her voice. "I... I don't know who you are but..."

Aubrey was barely paying attention. "Ya' know, I never really got the appeal - some of your songs are okay, I guess. Not my thing, but Rachel is a huge fan of yours..."

The shrunken singer tried to get the giantess before her to listen. "Just... Just turn me back, okay? I won't tell anyone about this, I swear... I just..."

Aubrey sighed. "What? No." She said bluntly. "Not after I went to all the trouble of figuring out to get backstage and the movements of your team, blah blah blah. No, I completely forgot about Rachel's birthday present and so I thought, well, she didn't win that content she entered to meet you... so wouldn't I just be the bestest best friend if none other than Avery Muse was my present to her? What'd ya' think?"

The miniscule blonde couldn't believe this was happening. "I'm not just... gonna stay here! You can't do this to me!" She protested.

Aubrey lifted a finger over her device, hovering above the activation buttons. "Woah. Hey-now. I'd consider an attitude adjustment unless you want to be lost in the carpet."

Avery Muse froze, she was utterly powerless, and was just now understanding her situation could become a lot worse - entirely upon the whims of this girl!

The dark haired giant smirked. She was loved the moment where her captives' situations really clicked.

Now, she assumed Rachel was going to like this 'gift'... She'd get it, right?
