Not So Idle

Her lithe form clambered down the railing of what had been her bed for the last four weeks. The blonde never would have guessed than when she idly confided in one of her friends from the gym about how stressed she was lately, how much she wished she could just have someone else take care of her life for her, how she missed being a kid - that that would turn into a nightmare!
A seemingly innocent invitation to her friend's home several weeks later, and the trap was sprung via what had to have been some kind of spiked tea, and the girl blacked out. When she awoke, she was much, much smaller and she had been confined in some kind of horrible nursery! Her deranged friend told her she had this nursery, and all these assorted items delivered just for Katelyn!
Of course, Katelyn tried to escape. Repeatedly.
By failed attempts to open doors that led to the outside world, by trying to contact others via her friend's phone, laptop, even writing on windows with whatever she could muster. These failed attempts meant punishment.
And Katelyn was on week three of no shower, or bath, and had been made to try and clean the horrid upstairs attic.
Still, the young woman had to get free! She had been observing her friend's patterns as best she could, and on Sunday mornings she went for a jog at dawn and was gone for at least two hours by her reckoning. Katelyn figured that was her new best chance. She had an inkling that the same serum that shrunk her was somewhere in her friend's room, and an antidote had to be there - such a thing had been teasingly mentioned once or twice.
The shrunken woman clambered down, ignoring her own scent as best she could, and quietly prayed her friend tripped and fell off a cliff!

It s a pity that she is in such a dirty shape but I understand that this is necessary for the story. My favorite picture is page 4, which shows her struggle and her cute silhouette shown through the dress. I hope that shrinking/ shrunken Katelyn will return in more posts in the future.
