No. Way.

Jenna looked herself over and her skin crawled as at the sight. It was humiliating on different levels. At the forefront of that embarrassment was the simple look and design of the garment - bright pink, frilly and covered in polka dots! This was far from Jenna's preferred taste, she was someone who leaned more modest when it came to her clothing, but to whom looking uniquely stylish was important. This dress was plunging, to say the least, had a low back, and the hem of the dress sat far higher than she liked. She'd hate this outfit even if she was normal sized! This was all without even mentioning the ridiculous bow that sat on her lower back.

Secondly, the outfit was stiff and awkward! Clearly not made for adult sized humans, the fabric didn't move as Jenna expected it to. The dress wasn't designed to accommodate the range of motion and freedom of movement that a person had, so there was resistance in the garment that restricted the shrunken teacher somewhat. That rigidity gave rise to another uncomfortable element, the bodice actually had a 'lifting' quality to it, similar to a push-up bra, which 'enhanced' the teacher's bust - another uncomfortable aspect for the woman.

Finally, the outfit was made for a doll! A toy that was measured in centimeters! Jenna should be able to hold this garment in her hand, but instead it clung to her body - and despite the stiffness and awkwardness of it all, it fit her without much hassle. It was a dreadful reminder of just how tiny the older woman had become, that she could even attempt to wear clothing made for a doll.

"Look at me!" Jenna yelled, turning to face the other women. "I look ridiculous!"

Maisie was surprised. She hadn't known whether her would-be job interviewer would actually put the garment on, but there she was. Whilst the graduate had found the clothing amusing, actually seeing it on Jenna was something else. The teacher was right, she did look ridiculous. Yet when deciding between that or just her underwear, she thought she might actually make the same choice. 

Sophie was amused. While this bit of attire was definitely embarrassing, she hoped it would have the long-term effect of Jenna becoming more pliable. It was manipulative, to be sure, but the older of the pair was far more defiant and the scientist didn't need defiant right now. Hopefully a silly pink dress might help to chip away at that sense, at least for the time being. Sophie didn't relish having to take a sterner hand or threaten further shrinking and whatnot. She had already crossed an ethical threshold and would rather not step further in that direction. Still, she needed her data - who knows when she would have another chance to capture information like this? 

"There has to be something else!" Jenna said, both angered and pleading.

Sophie looked down at the tiny woman with a faint hint of amusement. "You're too small for barbie outfits, and the other options were a bit more revealing than you'd like, I think! Besides... I think you look cute. Don't you agree, Maisie?"

Maisie shot a look up at Sophie, then back at Jenna. Both women stared at her expectedly.

"Uh..." The graduate was unsure how to answer. "It's... it's better than no clothes?" She said, her voice rising as she spoke.

Jenna groaned loudly. Sophie seized an opportunity. "Well said, and so true, Maisie."

The graduate felt both condescended by that, and quietly assured by the praise. 

The scientist continued. "Now then, onto my questions..."
