Important Notice: Refund or store credit for people who bought product without Bloodlust promo code
Added 2018-10-07 12:56:32 +0000 UTCThere have been some people who bought Bloodlust: Cerene - Royal Descent or a bundle product without using their Bloodlust Founders Tiers' promo code, because they were unable to use their code or did not yet have access to it during the release.
If you are one of these people, please do the following:
- Email customer service at service@affect3d.com
- Specify your Patreon username
- Specify whether you're in Founders Tier 1 or 2
- Specify your coupon code and the value of the coupon code
- Specify your Affect3D Store order number
- You can ask for store credit OR a refund the same value of your coupon code.
Example: if you had a coupon code for $5.00, tell customer service the code and tell them it was for $5.00 so they can check. Customer service will then give you $5.00 store credit OR a $5.00 refund depending on what you prefer.
