I had the same issue and I think it was bc I didn't capitalize the "O". Hope this helps.

This is a very early post, so it was before we started recommending software to open the files with. For Windows we recommend using the software 7zip to extract, Keka for mac, and Rar for Android users. For iphone use the share button, select the option to "save to files," then open it up in the Files app. -Marie
