If we go back to Omni Vegitos story Dai stated OV can’t become the Omni King unless he fuses with zeno. If Godzilla is correct, it's probably when the Omni King fuses with the devil.

I have a theory that beings from the demon realm or of demonic descent might possess abilities that can nullify powers of an Elder God. I also believe that Ardos' Mother might be some sort of demon. If you recall a few episodes back when Zeus mentioned another demon being born in the mortal realm, Ardos had a keen particular interest in meeting Gohan. Makes we wonder what his connection to the 7 princes of hell might be
