As for the Green Seraphim, that could be what happens when Mortals perfect the Blue Seraphim and make it their own. Sort of like TUI to MUI for Goku. Or a Mortal with a Seraphim whether its Red or Blue gets mixed with Demonic Energy. Basically Spit Balling. Another theory could be that there's no New Devil but it's actually Vegito who becomes by prophecy the strongest in the Demon Realm by being Lucif's Vessel. Devil Vegito with Archangel Dai as his Attendant and the first order of the new Devil is eradicating the Former Devil, Lucif.

Like with trunks having a form stronger than the green eyes don't make much sense since he's caught Lucif already and lost and that was his final form but to have him have another transformation on top of it doesn't make sense. I'm hoping someone can explain it but it's a good episode tbh I'm pretty excited to see who the current devil is that ultra Vegito will face off against
