I think he’s the father of Lucif and Dai. Because think about it he’s gonna have to be strong enough to face Arch Angel Dai and Devil Gene Vegito possible fused. Dai became a pre arch Angel after realizing who he really is. My theory is that their father and mother (Ranni) had a system to where he’d challenge whatever contender is challenging for Sector 1 emperor and if he got beat then they can challenge Ranni. Remember when she said that female angels are stronger than males and she’s picky about who fathers her children? So I believe their father was an arch angle descended who could never reach that transformation hit when the Vegito clones were smited he absorbed them and gained a different type of power (green seraphim)

Well Goku is probably getting his power from Dai the same way Vegeta is gaining power from Vegito. They have their power but they’re far from stronger then Vegito and Dai. Dai is of angel descent meanwhile goku just has access too it, they’re just using some power from Vegito and Dai
