It's a very new building and they are supposed to be winterized windows. I mean, we do live in Canada after all. Nobody installs non-winter windows here. But the wind seems to go right under the window when it's just in the right direction. Not sure if it's not quite mounted or insulted correctly or what, but probably not worth mentioning it to the landlord.
