Reflections 5, 28, 49
Added 2022-05-16 21:04:51 +0000 UTCWow we got some edgy ones this week.
These are the Reflections rolled from last week's post! I'll be doing 3 of these a week, please respond to this post with new numbers and I'll roll again next Monday! Also if you liked these say something nice at the same time.
Please note: these numbers don't represent the actual chronology number of each Reflection in-universe. These numbers represent their position on the d100 chart, and even that may change!
Each Reflection is broken into:
Chronology number - Title - Weapon Type - What attribute color it grants the character. I may also include GM notes about how it's supposed to be played/used!
5
Demon Arm λ - Immortal Blade - Sword - White: Draws from the strength of the court of inner world. An unremarkable blade that belies a darker truth. Rejects the wisdom of the world in favor of its own. So long as one carries this blade they will never die, however the madnesses of the city of fangs build until one questions whether or not they are themselves anymore.
Power: C
Defense: EX
Tech: B
Anima: D
Special: A
Feedback: EX
GMs note: I will not elaborate what a demon arm is at this point in time. This sword enables the wielder to die, repeatedly, but every time they do I replace one of their attributes with one of my own.
28
427 - Construct Dragon’s Spine - Spear - Steel: Hewn from the spine of the construct dragon, this is less a spear and more a jet engine on a stick. The twin scaled of the water and ice dragons adorn either side, enabling one to reach the atmosphere alive in a protective cocoon of ice and water.
Power: A
Defense: B
Tech: B
Anima: D
Special: C
Feedback: D
GMs note: This spear pretty much grants you unparalleled mobility. Your battlefield traversal SKYROCKETS and you gain the ability to shoot gigantic bursts of water and harden yourself into a meteor to come crashing down on the enemy’s side of the field. This spear will also rip your arm off if you’re not careful.
49
X096 - Shell of the Horizon - The sun’s cage was constructed from the hopes of those that live in the dark. To syphon away motes of light and sustain society with radiance robbed from the heart of the dying god, this shell was created. This is not the weapon of a hero. This is a suit of armor fashioned from the prison that killed the sun.
Power: B
Defense: EX
Tech: C
Anima: F
Special: EX
Feedback: F*
GMs note: This armor is a ghastly construction that makes the wielder appear almost puppet-like. Long cables and rods bind the wielder in place, and the armor may, at any point, “drink your light” causing an immediate wound to gain additional attribute dice for the sake of defense. Later on, the armor itself can create miniature voids to displace others as well as itself. Imagine the most evil, alien kamen rider you possibly can.
