E2 Survey Review - Part 4 - Nina

Nina scored the lowest in pretty much every category of the survey. But despite this there are some positives from her data. Looking at her attractiveness graph you can see she has a lot of haters yet still has the majority of her votes at 7 or above. I would say there are 4 groups here.

• Group A (0-4): The approx 14% of people who rated Nina as less than a 5.

• Group B (5-6): The 20% of people who rated Nina as 5 or 6.

• Group C (7): The 28% who rated Nina as 7

• Group D (8-10): The 38% who rated Nina as 8-10

Group A is the group least attracted to our rebellious Chinese girl, so the first thing I wanted to look at is what they thought of our other East-Asian girl, Saki (Japanese). Overall Saki was rated a 7.56 on average. But amongst group A she was rated 6.75. I wanted to see if this group wasn't as attracted to asian girls in general but that seems to be a small component. Likely some of this group are people less interested in Asians but this certainly doesn't account for the whole of group A. There seems to be a number of people here who are keen on East Asian girls but unfortunately hate Nina.

1 in 5 people fall into group B, people who find Nina very average and don't seems to have much interest in her. Group B rated Saki as 7.05.

28% of people rated Nina as a 7. This Group (C) rated Saki as 7.48.

Lastly, 38% of people rated Nina very highly (8-10) and fall into group D. This group probably has a thing for Asians as they rated Saki 8.17. This group is slighly more generous with their ratings in general and tend to rate all girls slightly higher, but this is much more the case with Saki than others.

In the question - 'Who are you interested in romantically?' Nina has the least votes of all 18 girls with 36.7% selecting her. So just over 1 in 3 people are interested in something serious with Nina. This group aligns closely with Group D and so I see these 4 groups as the following:

• Group D: Already interested in being serious with Nina

• Group C: Could become interested in Nina in the future

• Group B: Unlikely to be interested in Nina

• Group A: Very unlikely to be interested in Nina without major changes.

When we combine groups C & D we have 66%, 2 out of 3 people who like Nina enough to give her a chance. GIven this and how different she is from other girls, I'm not planning on making any changes to her right now. She's not meant to be for everyone but I'm very glad there are a sizeable number of people who do really like her. When I was creating Nina, one of the reasons I made her how she is is because I hate how in AVNs Chinese girls are almost always extremely quiet, shy and submissive. I wanted Nina to challenge that idea and even though she's unpopular, I think Nina adds some real flavour to the mix of personalities and I'm very glad that there are people here who appreciate that. But those who have no interest in her - that's completely fine. There are 17 other main girls for a reason.
