Grayfia and Emiya's friendship is nice. I never found Rias annoying in any adaptation. At worst she was deeply flawed in few of the fics. She is not within my top favorite fictional characters but i do like her. Her imperfection makes more her attractive than if she was a Mary Sue. I was surprised she didn't show up later but I am guessing she is temporarily paralyzed by PTSD. In the past I was just joking and don't really expect Artoria in this fic but it really would be nice to have an Artoria in this fic make Emiya's life more complicated. If a lighthearted chapter is needed turn Emiya into his younger Shriou form for at least a chapter.

I also enjoy how casual Archer is about losing his arm which he is right it will eventually regrow as long as Rias is able to provide him mana to heal and Avalon should also speed things up a bit though not much since Artoria isn't around. The heartbreaking moment where Rias was genuinely scared she would lose Archer and used a command seal was excellent I felt her despair in that moment and how overwhelmed she and Kuroka was by not only Archer's Noble Phantasm but by him fighting off Berserker, Saber, and an out of control tannin. And to top it all off we got a nice little intimate moment between him and Akeno which I really enjoyed. More of Archer giving his girls the affection they crave which will probably be more now since he very nearly died and I can imagine Rias and Akeno won't let him out of sight. Excited for the next chapter!
