2023-06-08 18:24:41 +0000 UTCMeltdowns/burnouts are so hard 𧑠I made the mistake of deleting all my vlog videos Iβd uploaded one year because of a months long AuDHD meltdown I had while in an abusive relationship - was a big mistake in hindsight π¬π thankfully Iβd saved backups but was def an indicator of how bad my mental health had become (loss of faith in myself etc) because of the abusive relationship. Iβm so glad to hear you getting excited about life again - so proud of you! P.s. happy birthday and happy pride!! π₯³
