It's where Morrigan Aensland's main wings sit. The difference (as far as I can tell from the fighting games and official art) is that she has upper wing "arms" which attach near the bottom of her shoulder blades and go down with "elbows" that bend at her hips and make her wings look much like our WIP Succubus.
