Malevolent Planet v0.1.0 Initial Release
Added 2020-08-01 00:27:59 +0000 UTCTo play this release, the instructions are, as usual:
If you want to play offline, on PC:
- Download the .zip with the name Malevolent Planet v0.1.0 Initial Release for $5+ Patrons.zip
- Unzip it anywhere you'd like and open the newly created folder
- Launch the .html file, preferably through Chrome. The images folder should be in the same folder with the .html file
on Android, from my own testing:
- Download https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=jp.ne.shira.html.viewer&hl=en
- Download Malevolent Planet v0.1.0 Initial Release for $5+ Patrons.zip
- Use a file manager to unzip and remember the location
- Open the application and select the option that allows you to open a .html file, then navigate to the location of the unzipped folder and open the .html file. The images should show up fine, but it may be a bit tight due to the constraints of mobile screens. There's also the animation that won't work very well on mobile phones right now.
If you want to play online, click here. The password is InitialRelease. I didn't test this thoroughly, and I can already see that the font isn't much like the local one so I would suggest the local one over the online in case it's possible to download the archive.
To reach the quest's content, I have also posted a guidebook here https://www.patreon.com/posts/39945891
In case there are any bugs or somehow it's outright unplayable, I apologize in advance. If you can, please report them and I'll fix them right away. I hope you will be able to reach the contents of what I've been working on without issues (as I could and as I made a guidebook for this purpose) and I also hope that it is up to your liking. Any feedback, as usual, is very much desired.
Tomorrow I will post another development update to show more updates of the lust thoughts system and others I worked on while fixing any bugs I could see in this release. I will also update my "About" page with the next version's goals also tomorrow, with an image template that will make it easier to track the progress.
One of those things I worked on was the ability to see the drawing in full resolution by clicking on it. Clicking around it or on the X will return you back to the scene.
