Yup, maybe I’ll do an in depth rundown of the actual project file in the future. I used the mixwave benson chimera plugin with some subtractive eq to get rid of harsh high frequencies, which I think brings out the rest of the tone more, as well as a decent amount of compression.

2025-10-22 21:29:11 +0000 UTCWould be amazing to get some tips on the signal chain and how to get that beautiful clean/ edge breakup tone. The transients on the staccato notes are so punchy and rich in the mid range. Surely can't be just pick attack?
