It's finally here. version 0.2 of MousseQuest, now available for supporters. Will be made publicly available with the next update.
If you have a save file, that is already on day 3 or further due to resting at the inn or excessive grinding, i highly recommend starting a new save or you'll miss out on a lot of content in the next updates.
now to the content:
5 new Enemy types
1 boss
a new story chapter
2 new important characters
the first story branch (make sure to save)
2 new H-scenes
7 new skill cards
new mechanics:
a skill shop is now available in the guild after completing the intro and repairing your armor
gaining an item will now display a popup for better visualization (not applicable for cards and money yet)
the new cleansing cards can remove conditions from you
tweaks:
reduced the cost of armor repair from 5k to 1k
adjusted mousse's skin color to look less ashy
slightly lowered the combat ui to be a bit less obstructing
moved the enemy sprites a bit to not intersect with the mousse sprite
added the options menu to the ingame menu
due to feedback, reduced the opacity of the dialogue boxes
increased text speed of dialogue boxes
added disclaimer in front of the main menu (for legal reasons, yknow)
bug fixes:
fixed an issue that made it impossible to pay for the armor repair even if you have enough money
fixed an issue, where clicking on a card that intersects with an enemy, enabled the use of the card, even if not enough stamina was available
fixed an issue, which would cause errors, if combat was lost
fixed an issue, that prevented loss of combat for random encounters
fixed an issue that prevented the usage of the main menu after opening the options
fixed an issue that made the credits inaccessible
