Don't forget, his father is also a divine cultivator that was possibly at a higher realm than the Divine Lord owner of the Divine Spire. The problem with forceful methods is that they can produce cracks in a person's foundation. Which really just mean that it makes it harder for them to advance, and can even limit them to a lower realm then they would've reached if they would've taken a slower and steady approach. Notice I said slower, not slow. Hehe. Also, I hinted at this when Father Zan was fighting the divine body cultivator who was the owner of Billi. He was mocking the boy's physique. During their back and forth, Zan mentioned that he'd had opportunities to gain physiques just as rare and powerful but chose not to. His reasoning was that a average physique held just as much potential, perhaps more, it just took longer for it to be cultivated. In a sense, even with superior resources, there are no absolute shortcuts to the top. Of course, they will still be refining all the resources they can get their hands on. :D

2025-08-08 20:59:23 +0000 UTCI hope we also get to see further what his extremely fast spinning core, especially with the eshvine nectar, and the meridian expanding plant received by the spire, does to his cultivation base as he nears a divine cultivator. Come to think of it -- I'm almost positive there's something in their spire that can just... advance him major realms. it was mentioned a time or two of treasures/pills found in the divine realms that did such a thing. Though, I don't think his father would want him to take that approach unless absolutely necessary -- such as the threat brought to bear by the northern continent becomes very real and very present.
