I want to give an update on Underworld chapters because I've been intending to post the first one since Monday of this last weeks. I'm sitting here even now trying to write and I'm having difficulty. It's not that I'm not able to get any words on the page, but, even though this is my seventh book, I'm finding myself extremely anxious for the next release. In other words, I can't focus. Everything coming out is blah at best. At least I have a good outline now for the first couple chapters because of the blah that I've written. Lol.
I'm going to take a few days and let 2/3 come before I actually publish chapter one. I'm aiming for 2/4. Hopefully, getting the publishing over with will calm me down. That's only a few days away, but I don't want to leave you guys in the dark any longer. I think this will be a new guideline to set for myself to go with a few of the others.
1. Take the week before publishing off. I can't get into the right frame of mind anyways so might as well spend time trying to figure out marketing.
2. Remember to let everyone know that chapters will slow down in December because it's loony toons.
3. There's more but I already forgot them...
Are there any other things that you guys have noticed that I do that I should be aware of?
