❓How our Patreon Works

We will release at minimum 2 models a month along with a special subscriber exclusive every month. Subscribers will get early access to these models for at least 3 days! Subscribers will have access to the current and previous months models. So, for example, if you join in May, you will also get access to April as well!

All Subscribers to the VIP tier also have a commercial license to all models, past and present! You can use code TWISTY on MyMiniFactory to get 50% off all past models!

Bonus models such as keychains and magnets will continue to be available on Patreon! You can find these models under the Bonus tag on Patreon!

Older Model Rotations
We will be discussing a new rotation of these soon!

Accessing Older Models
Our library is hosted on MyMiniFactory (MMF)! Every month you will get a email from MMF to redeem there so the files for that past month will be added to your Library. So, for example when we move into June, you will get an email for all the May models!

📦 MyMiniFactory Files Storage

Many of you will already know the new MyMiniFactory Storage System. We can now include past releases directly in your list of shared objects and you no longer need to download all the models before the end of the month. You will always have them available in your MMF account.

We will upload the current release at the beginning of next month.

How to Access:

• If you use the same email account for Patreon and MyMiniFactory. You should already have all your files ready here: Shared Library: https://www.myminifactory.com/library#shared
• If you use a different email account. You'll receive an email granting you access to the files in the following hours, there's no need for you to change your MMF email to match the one you use here on Patreon. Read the next section so you can be sure to find the email.
• If you don't have a MMF account. You'll need to create one using your Patreon email if you want to use this new feature.

How to Redeem the MMF email:

The redeem link for our files has been sent to all applicable patrons by MyMiniFactory.

This will come in the form of an email with instructions on how to redeem our files.

If you didn't see the email, that might be because: 1. The email is in the 'Promotions' section [Gmail Users]. 2. You received the email on your Patreon email address. 3. The email is in the spam folder. 4. The message is in your MyMiniFactory inbox.

If you still can't see the invitation at the end of the first week of the new month let us know.

🏪 Commercial License

With the VIP Tier you will be allowed to sell physical prints of any of the designs we made. This includes all the models that you can buy on our Cults3d and MMF pages as well. Commercial license expires upon cancellation.

Our digital files cannot be shared, resold or listed for free.

We have a Discord server! If you need any help with your prints, Twisty or otherwise you can always ask there! We also post updates and is a place we can interact with the community! Come join us!

-If you are in need of any help with Patreon, billing, or file access please send a message via Patreon. We will respond within 24 hours in most cases.

-If you need help with prints we recommend the Discord first! This is mostly because there are many people with many different printers so there is a good chance you can get help with someone with the same printer!

We are a small team of three! Please be patient with us as we respond to everyone's messages!
