・会員登録時に届いたメールのDiscordへのリンクを開く
・Patreonの設定→その他→接続中のアプリからDiscordに接続する
・スマホのPatreonアプリではなく、パソコンかブラウザアプリでPatreonにログインしてメンバーシップタブからリンクを探す
それでもうまくいかなかった際はPatreonのダイレクトメッセージで私にご報告頂ければ対応します。
