An update update

I'll have some vids up within the next week or so.

My year so far has been kind of a mess. I've been trying to get my health back together, and it hasn't been going so well.

I spent one month unable to walk due to a chronic (but thankfully not constant) issue. It has never gone on that long before, and I've been OK since, so hopefully I'm free of it for a while, because the last time it hit me was the end of 2017.

Being in this state sucks. I used to be in such good shape. Now I'm a mess.

After that, I had a mysterious arm malady. My left elbow went from "hmm, that's a little sore" to "swollen to 3x its normal size" in less than 24 hours. My left arm was pretty much incapacitated for a month. I typed and generally used the PC as little as possible. A week in I found that wrapping a belt around it helped a little, so I did that. Because that is what we do here in America when we don't have insurance--belts.

And then I had COVID lol.

Thankfully, not a bad case. I lost all sense of smell/taste for a few weeks, and generally felt very shitty with a dry cough, but it could have been far worse, and I'm glad it wasn't. I don't recommend the experience, but I'm glad I didn't have a far worse case.

And for the past few weeks I've been, shall we say, "politically engaged."

In any case, that's why I've been quiet for the past few months. I feel bad about it, but I've legitimately been a mess lol.

I'm very grateful for anyone still supporting me at this point, and I intend to make up for lost time.

I know that my general updates are all over the place re: what I'm working on because that's how I roll, but I will definitely be done with that Kenshi vid in the next few days. I didn't expect for that to take priority, especially since I've made several failed attempts to do anything with that footage since January, but I finally found a groove. I intend to finish my KSP and non-yir Arma stuff next, but every time I say that I intend to do something on here, I do something else. Something will come, though.

Also, Patreon is sending me regular emails demanding that I tell my patrons to pay more because of tax, but I would like to implore everyone not to do that. Because fuck 'em. If you would even consider changing what you pay me because of that, please give it to any one of 1000 charities that desperately need it right now. Patreon is an important part of my income, but there are much more important things in the world. Please consider that across the platform.
