In order of what I think is most probable: 1) This is an illusion or wishful thinking 2) This is Raz, in the flesh!! 3) This is a completely normal person who looks freakishly similar to Raz (heartbreaking)

(I just finished reading Heaven Official's Blessing and that reminds me of Hua Cheng and how he memorized how Xie Lian looked while waiting 800 years for him ๐ญ๐ญ)

So this is a MAGIC gay dance party (and of course it is, because the fringes are the fringes, whatever reason brings you there!). And that means Raz is generally plugged in to the magic community wherever they are. It also means his memory is hilarious because no man has ever looked more like Sulvain than Sulvain does. I love it. Heโs like, ooh, that guy looks just like my long lost love, good enough for me, letโs go roll the romance dice for a dance.
