I love that her crown and wings are made from leather <3
I wanted to achieve that soft glow for a more heavenly feel and all you need to do is create a duplicate layer in photoshop, blur its a bit, maybe 10 - 20% gaussian blur, and set the mode to 'SOFT' and play with the opacity!
Can get you some really nice results!
