Membership tiers update

Today I've added a new $7 tier to membership options and unpublished the old $5 tier. This means; Patrons who join after 1 March 2023 will be using the new $7 tier.
Existing patrons using the $5 tier will be tied to that tier until they edit or cancel their membership.
There is no change with tiers $10 and $15.
