Was fun refining this one. Not a favorite mech of mine, but one I had a good idea for working on. I also did a commissioned piece of one waaaay back in time. I wanted to better work in the samurai armor slat styling without going overboard. More accurate details rather than more detail overall seemed to work well.
One more mech knocked off the beggars list haha.

2023-04-18 02:53:43 +0000 UTCIt's a reference to it being built on a Charger frame. Those Combine engineers were too lazy to properly integrate the PPC into the central arm housing. Spent their time on samurai armor instead. It uses a weapons fitting from a Thug, which uses outboard PPCs, so they used those mounts.

2023-04-17 20:28:54 +0000 UTCIt's where the hand actuator would be if it had a left hand (It's blanked off). the PPCs are basically bolted on to the forearms. It might also be a throwback to the Charger chassis on which it is based and they just blanked the small laser mounting and strapped the PPC to the forearm since it might not have been able to fit within.
