Manticore Concept Sketch
Added 2022-09-03 23:11:55 +0000 UTCA few of you asked if we were doing this one. The Manticore, the pancake stack of combat vehicles.
I felt it'd be a cop out to remove the extra layer on the main hull, and instead focused more on coming up with a more interesting turret shape, as that was another weak element of the original design.
I'm sure many of you can't wait to drop this on the table and terrorize more costly mechs.

2022-09-05 02:15:31 +0000 UTCNice! The LRM-10 is especially good-looking. The hull's second layer looks less Panzer IV-like than before but that's fine. I'm not in love with the box on half of the barrel - it kind of adds another layer to the stack - but if it helps against droopiness then it's worth it.
