Time for a bunch of turntables.

I'd love seeing some of these models being integrated into MWO. Those glorious high mounts...

Really like this design, the old pic doesn't remotely do it justice, on of you best redesign's.

I totally agree Chris, I do love me some XL designs and that 6/9 speed is one of my favorites after 5/8. However, you hit it right on in your second statement. I am a brawler. I love getting into close range with PPCs and lettin them fly. (I have a pair of very feared Laments haha!) On mechs that arent brawlers, take a Catapult for example, I close range, unleash lasers at a close target as secondary and a far target with LRMs as primary. I really enjoy the up close and personal fights.

eh. XL's are not so bad in TT. Especially for speedy/ranged 'Mechs that can dictate their arcs to roll their damage more. (If the LT is breached, just start exposing your right side arc to the enemy to have the hit location chart work in your favor. XL is only risky on brawlers where short-range interceptors that win the initiative can dictate their angles of attack more. But the Lancelot has both Light 'Mech speed + range that allows it to stay at arms reach and dictate exactly which side of the 'Mech you expose. So the risk is really minimal on this one compared to other 'Mechs.

Although, I just took a peak at the variants. Literally all of them have XL engines except one. The one without the XL is probably the only one I want to run. There are no criticals that can absorb in the left torso outside the XL. Gonna have to see about creating some variants with a light fusion engine to prevent getting killed so easily.

The new clan model model with 3 lpl is going to be even more popular with this mini

I'm not usually a huge energy boat guy, but 6/9 move, 2x LL, 1x PPC seems like a fun fast striker, that can stay at range, and operate pretty indefinitely.

So excited to find out this mech was getting a redesign. Havent fielded it myself but just the name of it always had me interested. Definitely some cool fiction potential.
