It’s cool how the big theme this show sets up right away is how the world treats things like they’re disposable. Objects, people, everything, and Rudo is the total opposite. He digs through trash because he actually cares about things others toss aside. That ties into the whole Giver power system, where cherishing something lets it become useful in battle. It’s a cool way of showing that valuing something can give it power.

The people on the Sphere probably don't know they are moving. Depending on speed you would notice that you are moving and the pit just looks black from the Sphere, so there is no visual indication of movement. Also, it's probably like flying in a plane you only know you are moving cause you know planes fly but you don't feel it, unless there is turbulence or are supersensitive and get motion sickness.

Gachiakuta is pronounced like Gah-chee-ahk-ta. You don't really pronounce the "U" like how you don't pronounce the "U" in Sasuke, the "A" is an "ah" sound not "uh" and keep in mind its meant to flow as one word not 2 separate words.
