ANSWER TO THE QUESTION: "How do they all have the rinnegan". Tobi resurrected them as a rinnegan user like Nagato did with those corpses essentially and they each get 1 of the powers of the rinnegan and their eyes are all connected. They don't each have their own rinnegan it's just how the powers work. They were probably implanted with the Sharingan's though as we saw Tobi had a lot of those saved up.

Answer to the extra Rinnegan question: Tobi made them into his version of the Six Paths of Pain, and their Rinnegans are basically projections of his. Same reason Nagato’s corpses appeared to each have their own set. While they’re actively part of the Six Paths Jutsu, they appear to have the eyes. Great reactions, guys!

I believe Tobi having Madara's voice is a stylistic choice from the animation because his real identity is still unknown and we were supposed to believe it was him until the last few episodes. So until we know who he really is, they won't change his voice actor just yet i think. Tobi with the mask is still 'fake Madara'. That's what I've always believed

The Rinnegan and sharingan that the jinchuriki have aren't real, they are just the fake Madaras eyes, which is how he sees thru all the bodies. Just like pain did which is why in the autopsy of the pain body they didn't gain a Rinnegan eye. It's more like Madara's sees thru those eyes and not the bodies having those eyes

37:55 The sharigan and the rinnegan in the reanimated jinchuriki aren't real sharigans or rinnegan. I dont remember the exact name for them but they're like chakra infused eyes placed by the real sharigan/rinnegan user. It's how Nagato was able to put 6 pairs or Rinnegans in the 6 corpses that make up Pain. They're not there forever and the user probably has to infuse the body with more chakra when their time limit runs out. Edit: I forgot to say that this is a Six Paths (rinnegan) technique.
