2025-04-10 23:51:55 +0000 UTCThis is the first time in the series that Mob doesn't have any support. In every previous fight, there's always been someone to help or at least encourage him. I think he realizes this when Reigen, someone who has always been there for him, gets turned. Which causes him to become distressed, also making him breathe heavily and clutch his chest. Time for Mob to step up and show his growth by overcoming this obstacle on his own.

2025-04-10 20:31:16 +0000 UTCAahh crap for some reason I forgot how long this arc is, I skipped watching the last ep on airing to watch it all at once, but woe is me! If I remember right, it’s another two episodes so I’m going to skip the next as well. It’ll be an incredible watch together!! I love this arc!! It’s sooo eerie, everyone slowly becoming brainwashed, and when it’s a full on hive mind it becomes such a shock. Something I’m sure you’ve probably figured out, the tree isn’t evil, it’s just doing what trees do. The plant world is very dog-eat-dog, as Reigen said in the ep, an overpowering plant will take everything from other plants to grow stronger and healthier. And in this world, human influence and faith is incredibly strong (like how humans created the Dragger only on rumors!), giving the tree a unique sort of power. ESP broccoli!! And of course as we found out, Dimple is influencing this power for his own goals (not unlike what he did with Ritsu actually!) I caaaaan’t wait for the next two eps!
