He also makes reference to a few of the things Reigen has taught him. All the homies had an indirect influence in this fight and we love to see it.

It would have also helped people understand the flow of the fight more, and how Mob continued to keep going to the end. They should have at least left in the 100% Kindness that he ended the fight with.

Yes he's strong but we've seen what Mob is capable of and he's always been holding back because he doesn't wanna kill people. Love this episode and loved your reaction. Talk no jutsu is the way to go. Everyone that Mob has faced has either turned to be better or at least taken his words of wisdom to the heart. That's why Mob is such a great person. Then their power starts taking over at some point and just feeds off of their pride. But when they meet Mob, who has an insane amount of power for an ESPer but never lost his ability to see the value in the people around him, it winds up shifting their whole perspective. Always brings me back to episode 5 of this season. That people can change, and we also have the power to change others 🥲

I like Jack's theory that maybe Mob will be his own foil in the next season? It'd be cool to focus on him getting better control of his emotions. I'm excited to start the next season!

PLEASE WATCH OVA NEXT (this might be the extra episode you thought this season had) The First Spirits and Such Company Trip - A Journey that Mends and Heals the Heart and Soul Though this wasn't in the original canon, the manga author wrote this OVA and it was animated as an original story taking place after Season II. I think it's great for getting used to the new dynamic at Reigen's office, and I haven't heard of a single watcher that didn't enjoy it. Glad you guys loved S2 as much as we did. :)

The extra ep is probably the OVA, which is a new episode that wasn’t in the manga (but was made with the help of the author!) so it’s its own thing. It’s a very good middle ep to season 2 and 3 though, with some great Serizawa development!

Mob really has a way with resonating with people and bringing back the light to others. He's a healer and nurturer. That's why I love him. 🥰 Gosh, I really love this show so freaking much.
