Perhaps I'll rewatch the show, it'll probably be a good rewatch. The scene where he got to 100% of the 'sadness' emotion really touched me, but it's hard to choose a favorite scene lol, there are so many.

It's not truly indicative of how powerful he is in the moment, because he still has control over how much power he uses (unlike the ???%, which is unfathomably strong to the point where it ended the entire fake universe Mogami created in literal seconds in episode 5). With Suzuki, his percentage is the amount of energy he is unleashing. Mob's percentage has more subtly and nuance than a straight power percentage.
