If you move yourself somewhere, what happens to the matter that was where you teleported? The atmosphere in that human shaped space has to go somewhere, and its gotta go there instantly. This would create a very large explosion and kill you basically instantly lmao. In the same vein, wherever you teleported away from is now a pure vacuum, which will collapses violently and explosively. Most series reasonably just handwave that stuff.

I love how this show(and others) condition you through sound, like when Shigeo's percentage increases. In this episode, we hear the sound, screen cuts to black, and the audience can immediately assume that Mob's emotions are at work.

He probably left so he can observe the world and mob and see what happens, his character isn't just pure evil, he thinks logically and follows his characterization from a writing standpoint, so he's in no hurry to try and rematch mob again, he's got time if he ever decides to do that, but for now he's just intrigued by him

Love the way this show is always able to bring back small details and big ones to light in an interesting way.

Hopefully people didn't give him too much crap for that take cause solo leveling is still super damn good, but i think mob has a special place in a lot of people's hearts cus of that extra depth. and it also did a ton for the anime industry in its time too!

2025-03-19 05:03:14 +0000 UTCTeleportation is my favorite power. I know it's pretty basic and not necessarily unique, but when it's done right, it’s one of the coolest things ever. And they did a great job at portraying it with Shimazaki. One of my favorite fights of all time, the camera work alone made it incredible. I also loved the speed of the fight as well, it was so fluid and had so much happening, but yet it never felt overwhelming. The whole thing was just perfect in my opinion.

Reigen's voice is by Takahiro Sakurai, who also voices Giyuu from Demon Slayer, Suguru Geto, Suzaku from Code Geass and many more, the guy is pretty famous. Another one the Geks have heard before is Teru's VA Yoshitsugu Matsuoka who also voices Inosuke from Demon Slayer and Mechamaru from JJK.

He'll also be voicing a character in One Piece you haven't met yet. That's not the only Naruto VA in Mob Psycho, though. Sho's father, Suzuki, is voiced by Kakashi's VA, Inoue Kazuhiko. He also voiced Willy Tybur in AoT and Upper Moon One in Demon Slayer. Koyama (the dude with the Telekinetic Helix move) is played by Miki Shinichiro. He's Snek from One Punch Man, Tanjiro's dad from Demon Slayer, an upcoming character in One Piece, and an OG from Pokemon including Squirtle, all the Charmander evolutions and James among many others. Finally, Hosoya Yoshimasa voices two characters in Mob Psycho, Onigawara and the plastic sword user Sakurai. You probably know him better as Reiner Braun, though. This is just a few that I looked up, but the more you watch the more you start to recognize voices!

Mob is my favourite anime character of all time, as someone with Borderline personality disorder and is constantly battling with 100% emotions, I really relate to Mob and just love him so much. He's one of my many anime sons 🤣 Such a deep meaningful anime which is not expected at all
