2025-02-28 08:55:19 +0000 UTCI empathize a lot with carter here, reigen was definitely projecting his insecurities on mob, perhaps as a roundabout way of looking out for him. But even I have to admit that wasn't the main reason for his lecture, the fact is that reigen has come to rely on mob way too much. He's comfortable in their status quo and doesn't see how much mob has actually changed. Reigen has helped mob a lot, helping him with his powers and being someone he can go to for advice. Mob has such a strong moral code thanks in no due part to reigen. But then of course reigen still uses mob and doesn't respect his boundary of not calling him on short notice. I love this show because it gives us such a complex relationship and actually acknowledges its faults.

Brig only understood Carter's cope at the end because he decided to buy in lol (dw this one hurt all us Reigen stans 💔) Mob wasn't having the 24-dollar annual wage anymore!! What I like about that scene: even if you like Reigen and somehow hate Mob... Just last episode we were shown how Mob handles his circumstances. Bro suffered 6 months of witnessing the worst in others only to bounce back stronger than ever. Getting someone like Shigeo upset makes the other party look crazy. Also Reigen was so adamant on Mob making his own choices, but never thought that card could be played on him The Reigen gaslight -> cope -> locked-in pipeline is one for the history books ✍️ W Ritsu summon, W body improvement club, y'all cooked again this ep. Can't wait for more peak!
