2025-02-25 06:57:31 +0000 UTCFate/Zero is a prequel to Fate/stay night, so it makes sense that the first episode throws a ton of info at you. They assume you already know a lot, which can make it feel overwhelming. In Fate/stay night, the whole ‘Saber is actually Arthur Pendragon’ thing was a big reveal later on, but in Fate/Zero, they just drop it on you in the first episode. It can be a lot to take in, but if you stick with it, it gets easier. Also, in my opinion, the original Fate/stay night anime wasn’t great, but the remake is way better, so I don’t think the first one is really worth watching.
