The brain just blocks out so much with adrenaline and shock etc. Personally I just wish there was more crying lol. Usagi trying to fight with air conditioning devices when there are plenty of usable would be weapons lying on the ground - just grab a knife, or an iron bar, or anything you can use to hit the guy on the head and slam his skull in. Then the bow girl comes all action sceney unnecessarily sliding on the ground to fire off an arrow in melee range STILL missing ANY spot on the bad guy that would actually inflict ANY injury... EVERY woman, (and guy to be fair) missed everything, and made EVERY worst possible decision to make this episode possible. The last episode doesnt explain all of these bad choices and idiotic decision making. I dont know how anyone can like or defend such stupid writing.

First time around I was so shocked that I think my brain deleted the stress and scenes, I forgot about some deaths. I remembered only Ann cause she was my favorite. Not defending or spoiling anything. I was also shocked that after so many wounds/almost death moments some characters still are able to crawl, walk, talk. But you will be amazed by how human body can sometimes live through harshest stuff. I have heard of a woman who was stabbed around 20 times by two men, some of the stabs were through her throat and neck, so much that her head was falling off. And she was able to pretend she was dead, then crawl through forest while holding her head, reach the road and ask for help. She was saved by random driver and she is still alive, I think she published a book about it. Ann's Chishiya's Niragi's and Kuina's wounds are not lethal, but can be if they lose too much blood. I think Heiya Akane got shot like 7-8 times but in the center of her body, maybe none of the shots were on her heart.

Also, yes I pay attention to detail, it would be hypocritical of me to complain about a series that I don't watch. I'm sorry, but it's not just to "complain" that I made this review. I watched the series carefully and deduced some obvious things from it. The acting is some of the worst in the world. And the “dramatization” of the scenes is worse than ridiculous. If I had to sum up this show with 5 words it would be: foolish, Silly, wacky, goofy and nonsensical. Don't ask me to stop "complaining". If you are not able to hear an opinion different from yours, your life expectancy is not going to be long.

However, his ideals & apology also extends to Aguni & everyone there. Similar to his mercy killing of a friend in agony, he sees everyone at the Borderlands in agony. He's offering salvation through death. Thankfully, Aguni recognized himself in the K♠️ and granted him peace & closure. Ironically, Aguni also finds closure & peace. Notice Aguni say "this isn't fair" to the K♠️ which is similar to Chishiya telling the K♦️ "It feels kind of unfair it's like you won and quit on me." It's almost as if we're ushering in a new era.

I love this game because of the epic fight choreography and the crew's relentless fight and selfless acts of courage! I love it even more if you know about his personal tragic story that founded his beliefs. K♠️ is a very complex character who suffers from PTSD. K♠️ & his friend were mercenary soldiers who were used as sacrificial pawns on one of their jobs. The war & killing his friend fckd him. He respects life & believes no one should continuously play in this hell. He became a citizen to help "free" the people. He actually buried his victims in the manga. Like how Kuzuryu beat the previous K♦️, Isao Shirabi beat the previous K♠️. One of my controversial manga faves alongside Banda & Yaba.

2025-02-21 14:07:24 +0000 UTCI might be stretching it a bit here, but the way I interpret Aguni’s last words to the King of Spades before Aguni mercy killing him is: Not only was he trying to tell the King he personally had nothing against him even though he had to kill him to end the game (just like the King had to kill the enemy in the war, if that’s indeed his enemy), but combined with Aguni’s hallucination of Hatter later, I almost thought there’s maybe a parallel comparison with Aguni’s memory with Hatter, like even though Aguni killed/had to kill Hatter at that point, he really personally had nothing against Hatter as his friend; this was the only way Aguni could think of to save Hatter from his madness and insanity (just like the King had nothing against his comrades-in-arm but had to mercy kill him to save him from suffering anymore, if that’s indeed his comrades as opposed to enemy).

Kicking a rearview mirror against a guy with a machine gun? Dodging bullets with a roll without forgetting to strike a pose at the end ? Aguni with an assault riffle that decides that the right distance to shoot is when you can literally kiss your target. Arisu with the stupidest plan in the history of cinema... There are some cool fight choreographies, but they become laughable with this mediocre acting and these action scenes where the characters do the most stupid things while thinking they are bad-ass for the viewer. The guy who created this series didn't have in mind that we would burst out laughing while watching these serious action scenes, and yet... It's impossible to watch this show seriously. It's just such a bad joke that it ends up making you laugh.

Mobs would have died from the very first shot. That said tho, that action rally was INSANE. Whoever directed this episode and choreographed that part deserves high praises. They really made you sit on the edge of your seat unable to breathe and take your eyes off the screen.
