Yeah, Jack was on to it in the early one, but it sounded more like a throwaway-thought. Especially since the scene that builds on the early one played out in silence. Cannon was closest to mentioning it at that time, although inverse. I know it's never explicitly said in conversation in the show, not in any episode. Only implicitly, and this is the last episode that does so. However looking at the tree definitely spells it out, especially after the bigger reveal from this episode.

So hopefully I can help with confusions. Yes, Jana is Tronte's wife, the one he was cheating on with Claudia when they are older. He always had an affair with Claudia, his children with Jana are Ulrich and Mads, and he also thinks Regina is his daughter with Claudia. Which, if true, funnily makes Ulrich and Regina half-siblings and they hate each other lol. Helene Albers is Katharina's mom, yes. That's why she named her daughter Katharina. Basically Hanna stole a name and inspired the mom to name her daughter that name lol. A loop of the name and of a necklace. Egon gave necklace to Hanna, she gave it to Helene and we know that this necklace is later found by Jonas and Martha in 2019 on the beach. Why it is there, you will understand soon. Also a weird thing. Hanna and Egon. They slept and might have a baby, but Little Hanna also told old Egon about Ulrich alleged rape of Katharina. It is disgusting to think that old Egon was talking to a little girl, who will grow up to become his lover in 1953. Person who was doing abortions is ancestor of Eric Obendorf, might be his grandma. Also it is a scary place, because abortions might be illegal. That's how unsafe and scary it is to do abortions in countries where it is illegal. Also, Daniel Kahnwald is colleague of Egon and Ines's father. And I think yes, Helene Albers might have been coming for an abortion. Lastly think about alternate world Noah's line. He said "He will give us our life. Him, Agnes, Tronte, Jana, Ulrich, Katharina, you". It is a huge hint. Him (we don't know who, but you can guess) - Agnes - who gives birth to Tronte - who marries Jana and has Ulrich - who marries Katharina and has Martha. And then he says beginning is the end. Very huge hint.

Cannon, repulsive is definitely the word for Hannah 🤣 She's maybe the best representation of the kind of people who just give you the ick imo. Smoking during pregnancy is a risk, but sometimes the conditions develop later in life. My mom couldn't quit until the end of her pregnancy, then ironically I developed adult onset asthma during mine. Tobacco companies lied about the effects of smoking for a long time though so idk if they would have even considered it in the early 50s, especially for pregnancies. Prenatal care wasn't really standard for awhile either.

Unless I missed it, it didn't sound like anyone mentioned the implicit "reveal" in the Tronte-scenes, and I'm 99% sure the reveal I'm thinking about is not going to be explicitly mentioned later. I kind of want to spell it out, but I wont, just in case. People that use the tool https://dark.netflix.io/en while watching knows. The hardcore watchers all used it, so I recommend it. It builds the family tree based on what episode you put in, so unless you choose an episode you haven't watched yet it's spoiler free. It was meant to be used by viewers for reference to keep track while watching. A lot of reactors refuse to use it, I'm not sure why. I guess most just don't know about it or what it is. I personally used it for every episode in season 2 and 3, so I'll just put it out there.

the young girl Hannah meets is Helene Albers - Katharinas mom; we saw her older self working in the psych hospital when grown Katharina visits Ulrich. She is there to get an abortion. At that age probably result of "involuntary" Sex. Mrs Obendorf (the woman performing the abortions) must be an ancestor of Erik Obendorf (the red head who was missing in Ep. 1). Egon told Hannah he got her address from Daniel (We heard them name-drop Daniel Kahnwald in an earlier episode) - he works at the police station in 1955 and is Ines Kahnwalds (Mikkel/Michaels mom and Jonas' grandmother) father.

Still watching but to answer Brig's question "Why do these two little rats always know when to get up & circle them?". My own idea on why they move so perfectly in sync is since the old man literally is the little kid (likely 66 years later), he remembers every single thing that happened and grew up with the trio, (he was once the kid, then the middle aged, now he's old) thus he would know the exact time HE made certain actions in the past as a kid (assuming the kid was just following the old man), and the old man at THAT "previous" point in time is just doing the same thing. It's literally a paradox. Nobody made the action or movement first because they always did it. And they are always able to move perfectly in sync because they always have. This show is amazing.
