They have to process so many things that they don’t have time to think about realistic issues. When you are so absorbed in a show, you won’t have time to think about anything else. The pace of Shippuden will get better, so it wouldn’t be a big problem.

So technically no they were not sending him straight to them. Tsunade said she wanted them to give her a report of what happened and help the sand. By the time Kakashi team reach it and IF they go after Gaara, I would imagine Tsunade would have already had another plan to not endanger Naruto any further. IMO too respectfully. I mean she knows war and I feel like she's too smart to be that senseless and give the jinchuriki on a silver platter.

So sending kakashi make sense and naruto sakura was his student too both trained by sanin. Tsunade must also have taught naruto and gaara r kinda the same having monsters inside them and naruto is willing to go all out to him .

She's also aware that Sasori & Deidara have already long left the sand village with Gaara. This will play out later on but not allowing Naruto to go on missions & keeping him locked up in the village just cause there will always be a possible akatsuki threat obviously won't sit well with him but is also a difficult task for Tsunade as she not only adores Naruto & in doing so would be hindering his ultimate dream to become a strong shinobi & eventually hokage but was also the same dream of the two closest people to her who unfortunately passed away.

Also, I think it’s easy to dismiss flying since the characters in this show can do so much crazy stuff, but when I think about it, not many have a way to actually combat flying. It’s kinda like the real world where air combat pretty much changed the game of war. Carter, Cannon, and Jack for you. Kankuro, Temari and Gaara are siblings. Gaara is the youngest while Temaris is the oldest That 'brainwashed' Sand shinobi is not actually brainwashed. He was always loyal to Sasori, just forgot about it to be able to infiltrate the Sand Village. When Sasori came to village he made him remember his past and his mission. Also about the mission. Loook at what Tsunade says. They are supposed to find out what happened and report back and just support. I know it's stil a difficult mission but it's not like Tsunade sent them to go after akatsuki and return Gaara. They are just there to help the Sand Village and find out what happened. Since it's an emergency call it also has to be extremely fast Plus Kakashi is like insanely strong. For me he is THE strongest Jonin at this point

Either way going into real life conflict is always better than training. Jiraya is also needed to gather Intel more than fighting because they don't even know where akatsuki are rn. I think this could have been done on purpose to show how important it is to not rely only on one source but built up strength evenly. That's why they ended up implementing the leaf's training system as they were talking about in the sand meeting before the attack.

They’ll just all die in Deidara’s explosion. Numbers don’t matter, it’s the quality that counts. The gap between chunin and elite jonin is huge. Personally, I would say that at this moment of the show, Kakashi is a Kage level ninja.

I loved the symbolism that Carter pointed out during there most recent one piece reaction about Nami & Luffy’s treasure - when there’s 5 people talking & doing things on a couch - they’re bound to miss some subtitles & details but it’s appreciated & impressive when someone is picking up on a lot of things

2024-09-21 20:42:16 +0000 UTCDeidara beating Gaara while not even fully stocked on clay should tell you that Akatsuki members are probably ABOVE the Kage level. Deidara also was trying to beat Gaara without killing him which is a whole other level of difficulty and he specifically did it alone rather than try to 2v1 with his partner which shows how confident they are in their own abilities and each other. We have not seen anybody fly so far so not sure how you expect them to fight Deidara once Gaara was defeated and even if somebody could fly they would just get clapped and weaken the villages defense more than it already is.

Even if she were - she can’t keep Naruto locked in the village & away from missions just because of the possible threat of the Akatsuki - that obviously wouldn’t sit well with Naruto and as Naruto is someone she adores - it would be cruel to keep him constantly locked up in the village when it’s his desire to become a strong ninja and eventually become the hokage.

It’s like when Tyrion was telling Daenerys not to go fight - or like, historically speaking, rulers were not usually leading the army to war. She is needed as a leader to stay in the village and protect it as a last resort, should someone come to attack. I imagine that if she goes to help Gaara and other enemies hear that Konoha is left without a leader, they will surely try and attack.

I chose to risk it 🤷 As I remember, Brig said in some youtube comments that they will consider it so it is better to fight for it 😂 plus one episode more is 20 minutes more. It is kinda their job in a way so.. I get it but they won't change anything if people don't comment about it. I watched Rice and Ginger Shippuden reactions but stopped because of that same reason. Nicholas Light does it the best, he doesn't have set schedule, he watches it on his own accord and binges some arcs. Studio Gek has the best reactions and that is why I won't lose hope 🥹🤷

The Akatsuki are the main focus because Jiraya FOUND OUT their plan but just as they were scheming, other rogue ninja or village are always a threat. I'M so happy Jack is totally getting the plot, Tsunade does know they can do more. Team Kakashi is one of the best teams from the power Sakura showed and Naruto's rasengan because they are only teens yet have complex jutsu others don't. IMO people still don't see Naruto's power because his maturity outshines it in experienced ninjas' eyes.

(IFYKYK) but yeah I feel like theyre definitely getting overwhelmed with the number of shows that they also wanna try watching. I never imagined that they would even do One Piece considering just how long that show is. I feel like them doing both Naruto and One Piece could sap the diversity of the channel in terms of what they watch. Usually other channels/reactors only main either Naruto or One piece, rarely both at the same time. Soo considering that they got a lot on their plate rn + they also have personal lives like the rest of us... I think their current schedule is reasonable (although hopefully in the future they can do binges or increase the episode drops eventually 🥲)

I know that you get flooded with same kind of questions but it is because it will make your experience better. Two or even one more episode will be only 20-40 extra minutes and will still be around or less than 2 hours a week. Watching this long of a show for only about hour a week will make it feel like nothing is happening and certainly won't make you hyped for it. Please, consider this. One Piece is also really long and deserves more than 4 episodes a week, but so does Shippuden, especially when everyone has been suggesting it. If you still don't think you will do more episodes per week, can you atleast do 2 drops of 2 episodes a week so that the time between the uploads isn't 7 days? Thank you so much for considering it, I love your reactions and if there was a possibility of you reaching episode 130 rn I would gladly pay you 50 bucks 😂🥲

As a hokage, it doesnt make sense to let Naruto the 9 tails out loose ESPECIALLY against the akatsuki. But Tsunade the human, has a deep fondness for Naruto and believes in him. She went with the advisors idea of the C rank mission but after pushback and the sudden news of the Gaara thing, she went with her instincts and faith in Naruto. Its never exlusively said, but its pretty evident with her specific favoritism of him. Its the whole purpose of her intro arc. Shes only a Kage, and alive because of him. She sees in Naruto what probably no one but Jiraiya has seen. Why doesnt Jiraiya go though? I dont have a good answer to that. Hes kind of a nomad and doesnt REALLY work for the leaf anymore, showcased by his lack of headband. But anything deeper than that would be spoiler territory.
