I think that's sort of buried in the definition of advice, in the fine print. Might I suggest that if you do take this advice that you try the mushroom based coffee, that way you don't have to add anything to your normal routine just switch of brands and providers. Plus if you have a sore throat you can find the slippery elm in a tea called throat coat that many many professional performers use when they have sore throats. It does work. I do so hope you feel better.

2023-03-08 22:30:39 +0000 UTC45 hours fast? Almost 2 days? I did a 4 day fast once and will do a 7 day this year sometime. Sposed to cut your risk of cancer by 70 percent. I think elderberry when you're sick or getting sick, but not otherwise. Same with immunity mushrooms and...ok, so the word is vitamin D all the frickin time, but. I kinda hate it in all forms that are supplement. I will eat salmon instead. But not every day.
