Yes over the years as the volume of Pirate's writing has increased, the uploading times scaled further and further back. It seems like chapters used to be in 10k-12k range and they were uploaded by noon sometimes. Nowadays Pirate is hitting 25k+ words on a regular basis and uploads rarely go up prior to very late evening. So would you rather have 12k chapter at noon or wait 10hours and get twice as much for your money?

Gotta respect the art of pirateaba fucking doing it in real time... I bet the reason the episodes come out over that window is cause she is writing/ publishing up until when she publishes. The later it comes out the more she has worked in it.

I think Relc going away felt a bit forced to me. It was mostly a plot device to give other and new characters space in Liscor for Vol 7. But that’s just my interpretation. But yeah, I think he will be back in Vol 8.

No contact with Relc so far, and he didn't return a message before. As an alternative to clicking refresh, what's your best Relc guess? A) Shows up as a PoV during the Solstice Chapters. B) First PoV of volume eight for a couple of chapters, bringing him up to the present with new plotlines and such. C) His PoV stays dark for the foreseeable future: he's been spirited away by forces observing Erin and the Inn and his fate will be mysterious until the gang goes up against Manus-Az n' Bel-Rashkghar whoever. I think B, personally.

This arc is great. Funny the number of people I see disliking this arc is higher than the last arc, the run, where I didn't like that one at all but I love this one so much

That would be amazing!, I was thinking earlier wonder what she is experiencing while in between life and death, does she get to interact with whatever created the level system or any other that might be in the between, can she hear/see whats happening in her inn while she is in between what if she gets the option to return to earth or stay and know that she will never be able to return but find out who was responsible for all the summonings ....ahhh can't wait until next chapter!

What do you think the odds are we will see Erin in some kind of dream sequence like thing where she is playing chess against “death”? I know it might be a bit cliche but I think it would also be kind of good.

Part of me wants the [redacted] kingdom to fail in [redacted] (hopefully people who've read will understand that). I wonder if Ryoka will get to speak to Ivo again or whether the request will just be from Erin (please don't give Erin a level squish). Amazing chapter Pirate, keep them coming and then get some sleep in time for Vol.8.

Really odd timing -- I just hit the Christmas section of my re-read past Volume 3.1 -- just in time for this mystery guest in this one. Does that mean Ryoka WON'T have a conversation as hers went wrong as her conversations tend to do?
