You call it a temper tantrum but acess to the door way is incredibly powerful and is only growing in relevancy. Its not really a bluff if it has real teeth.

It has so far worked because on other side care about her like Chaldion or Saliss. But there’s only so much the city leaders can take before they call her bluff and not give in to her temper tantrum.
