Probably still works with new holes. As for cutting the string or whatnot, we already know bags of holding come in varying designs. This one might not have string or a loop to connect to. Plus what it's made if is likely equal to Flos' armor making flos heart the easier target still.

At that point the king had no choice but to back up his army or risk them all dying. The consequence is that theyre now at war, I wouldnt say its a complete win.

Which is a mark of writing a great charismatic conqueror :P. This chapter made me realize I would love to see teres attacking pomle and getting called out for Stockholm syndrome and British imperialism by the Americans there. Hope you feel better!
