Side Story Poll - May 2019
Added 2019-05-21 14:30:36 +0000 UTCToday we're doing something unusual. Or is it this month? Let me explain. We've voted on new arcs before. And that's what I intend to do now. You'll vote on where the plot goes after we finish the Horns of Hammerad chapters.
There are more side stories in Liscor and where Ryoka's at, believe me, but I'm still going from perspective to perspective so as not to get stuck. So you get to decide which one we go to, or return to.
However, this time I'm laying the cards on the table. You may know that $10+ Patreons get hints about what the poll options contain. Well, the rule has always been not to tell everyone else what the poll options are about. But I realized that firstly, people probably just tell each other in private anyways, and secondly, what's the point of knowing which option is best if you can't vote for it?
So this time $10+ Patrons can reveal whatever they want. They could be lying, or they could copy and paste the entire spoiler message and ruin the entire thing. I'm figuring out what I want to do with the poll. But enjoy your more expanded awareness of what might be coming next. Vote hard! Your choices matter? Let's go with that.

2019-05-22 19:42:01 +0000 UTCOut of all those, yeah. Ryoka. Her almost complete absence from book 5 means I'm genuinely interested in what's up with her. Ryoka's been a main character since almost day 1, and she's had less chapters in the last 12 months than anyone on that list but Blackmage.

But when the next chapter comes, no matter what plot line it covers, it's just flat out absorbing. I went ahead and voted, but I've learned I don't really care - it's all good.

I have trouble remembering which is a sign) Love Geneva et al too. With Laken I just really want an update on the Goblins he captured/enslaved/saved. An update on Rags too please.

I'm at the point of skipping chapters if it's going to just waste my time with completely irrelevant people. I'll get the spark notes when other characters find out what happened.
